What Vola stores in your browser, and why.
What we use
Vola sets only the cookies the site needs to work: NEXT_LOCALE remembers your language; vola_session keeps you signed in after you sign in; vola_draft lets you return to an application you started without an account; and vola_admin_locale, for Vola staff only, remembers the admin panel's language. None of them is used for advertising or tracking.
Browser storage
Saving a trip from a visa result page stores it in your browser's local storage, on this device only — Vola's servers never see it. Clearing your browser data clears it too.
No advertising trackers
Vola doesn't use third-party advertising or analytics cookies in this build.
Managing this
You can clear cookies and site data for volavisa.com at any time in your browser's settings. The site keeps working, but you'll be signed out, an application you started without an account can no longer be resumed on this device, and you may be asked for your language again.
