Vola is not a government agency, embassy or consulate. We don't make visa decisions — the relevant government authority does. We help you prepare and submit a correct application.
Using this site
Use Vola's tools to research and prepare your travel documentation. Don't misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit information you know to be false.
About travel requirement information
Vola displays travel requirements only when they have been verified against an official government source or a licensed data provider, together with the source and verification date. Where no verified requirement exists, Vola says so rather than estimating. Requirements change; always confirm with the official authority before booking travel.
Applications, fees and payment
Where Vola charges a service fee, it's shown before you submit an application, separate from any government fee. Government fees are set and collected by the relevant authority, not Vola.
Liability
Vola prepares and supports applications but doesn't guarantee approval — final decisions rest solely with the relevant government authority.
