Check requirements for your passport
Travelling to Singapore
Singapore is a city-state and one of Asia's main business and transit hubs. Visitors come for conferences and regional headquarters, Marina Bay, Sentosa and Gardens by the Bay, and as a stopover between Europe, the Middle East and Australia.
Planning tips for Singapore
- Changi connects directly to the MRT train network, so city-centre hotels are easy to reach.
- For business trips, keep the inviting company's details and meeting schedule with your documents.
- Expect hot, humid weather all year with frequent short showers.

How Vola helps with your Singapore trip
- 01
Check the requirements for your passport
Select your passport above. Vola only shows requirements from records verified against a named official source, with the source and last verification date. If your route is not verified yet, the page says so — it never guesses.
- 02
Prepare and upload your documents
Start an application and upload documents as you collect them. Your progress is saved as a draft, so you can come back and finish later.
- 03
See the price before you pay
The Vola service fee and any government fee we have verified are shown before payment. A government fee we have not verified is never estimated.
- 04
Track your application
Follow each status update in your dashboard and message the Vola team from the same page.
Questions about Singapore applications
Does Vola issue Singapore visas?
No. Vola is an independent visa assistance company, not a government agency or embassy. The decision on any Singapore visa or travel authorisation is always made by the relevant government authority; Vola helps you understand the requirements and prepare a complete application.
Where do the Singapore requirements shown on Vola come from?
From records Vola staff verify against a named official source. Each result shows that source and the date it was last verified, and records are re-checked on a schedule. If there is no verified record for your passport yet, you will see "Requirements being verified" and can ask to be notified.
Can I start my Singapore application before I have every document?
Yes. Your application is saved as a draft while you work on it, so you can upload documents as you collect them. A passport scan and a photo are needed before you submit.
How much does a Singapore application cost with Vola?
It depends on your passport and trip. Before you pay, Vola shows its service fee and, when it has been verified, the government fee. If the government fee is not verified, Vola tells you rather than estimating it.
